Starlite Terrace

Starlite Terrace - it´s the name of an old appartment building located around an illuminated swimmingpool in Los Angeles. Throughout one year, four of its inhabitants - Rex, Moss, Gary und June - unveil their intricated stories:

- Der Mann an Noahs Fenster, Rex, appears to be telling the story of his father, who, it seems, has doubled Gary Cooper in »Twelve at Noon«.
- Moss McCloud, who lives in constant fear of the next Holocaust, is expecting the visit of his daughter in Sonnenfinsternis; she has been kidnapped fourty years ago in New York and he has been following her trace up to Los Angeles.
- Gary, a Christian fundamentalist playing the drums, could well have played the Turtles-Hit »Happy Together« in the Sixties, in Reiter auf dem Sturm, is seeking for a way out of personal guilt.
- And Die Frau im Sternenmeer, June, ex-secretary in Hollywood, who has been betrayed by her husband with a starlet named Marilyn Monroe during the most overthrowing crisis of her life, eventually survives life.
