Wastage

All around Germany, corpses are turning up that are not just dead but have been shrink-wrapped in plastic, given a new hairstyle or sent as parcels in individual parts. All of this is reminiscent of the perfidious murders of notorious serial killers who have never been caught, but who are now old and could hardly have struck again. When drugs come into play on top of it all and a gang war looms, the public prosecutor’s office demands results from the task force.

The leaders of the task force, three men and one woman, not exactly the brightest bulbs in the box, follow the trail of the murders from Berlin to the Alps. Wherever the team goes, there is »wastage«, both of witnesses and suspects. And of people who have nothing whatsoever to do with it all.
