Sebastian Heinrich

Sebastian Heinrich was born in 1987 and is a political journalist. His family is half Italian, and since his school days, he has spent a significant portion of his time in the vicinity if Naples. And his curiosity about the country is yet to be sated. Since 2022, he has been doing the podcast »Kurz gesagt: Italien«, and also publishes a newsletter to go along with it. In this series, he tells stories about Italy, but without succumbing to simplifications. Taking an untranslatable word as his point of departure, he looks to get beyond romantic and negative cliches to arrive at the heart of Italian culture.
